240TD series is exterior-set water cooling kits issuanced by Dongyuan company. They not only meet the requirements of users’ overclocking cooling demand, but also make the installation process more easy. Users simply connect the tubing, install water blocks and add coolant, don’t have the trouble of installation of radiator and pump.
First look at the case and the 240TD-XB cooling kit.

Tubing need to cut into the appropriate length, because different motherboard or case is also slightly different. The following data is for reference only. The length from CPU to northbridge is 15cm, the length from northbridge to GPU is 15cm, the lengths from GPU to the box, from CPU to the box decided to place of the box. Connect the tubing to the water blocks, and fix with tubing clips. (installation of water blocks please go to http://www.ysun.net/Product.php?types=4 )

At the back of the case, fix PCI board at the place that the tubing is going out.

Make the tubing through the PCI board out of the case, and connect with the outside box. Big 4P to 2.1 power tie-in take power from the computer.

Followed is coolant adding. If you are not sure add the coolant in a short period of time, you could add coolant after water blocks connection, then install the water blocks on motherboard of GPU. That will avoid overheating to burn CPU or GPU.
First, screw out the 6 screws of the box with “+” screwdriver, screw out the inject-hole screw at the top of pump with “-” screwdriver.

Turn on the power supply of box, the fans and pump start to run. Open the bottle of coolant, inject coolant into the pump with syringe. 380~400ml coolant is adequate generally, the remanent coolant can be used as a supplement in the future.
In the process of adding coolant, empty the air inside the radiator, that is very important, otherwise it will seriously affect the cooling efficiency.

After installation

Users can install flow indicator in the cooling system, that will make you machine more glaring.
