While it may seem a bit daunting at first because the Xbox 360 has no outside screws, cracking the console open is relatively easy. Even if you have a limited amount of patience you can get the case apart in about 30 – 45 minutes. First of all, you will want to remove the faceplate from your system. This is a simply a matter of squeezing the sides of the faceplate while pulling outward until it pops off. You can also use the USB door hole or get your fingernails into the seam at the base of the faceplate and pull. I don't explain disassembling Xbox 360 part in detail now, please search in google.
On the back side of the motherboard you will see two large “X” shaped heat sink retention mechanisms. The “X” design uses tension to hold the heat sink in place; you must use the flathead screwdriver(Φ2 ) to gently pry the clip mechanism up and over the heat sink retention studs. I recommend doing one side at a time (versus a cross pattern) to make removal easier. With the retention clip removed, the heat sink can now be removed.

You have now completed the disassembly portion of this mod. Let’s take a look at what you are going to need for the water cooling portion.
There is a perfect space, right above the video header/port.
To drill two holes(radius 4.5mm) for the tubes to enter/exit the case. You will need to drill the outer casing as well, but it is best to do this while both halves of the case are together as it is more rigid this wa aynd easier to drill.

After dug the hole, through the screw, as below:
After that's easy
Cut 33mm silicon tube, connect two blocks

Be careful not to screwed it too tightly, or your work will lose mainboard’s shape.
Be careful,twisting bolts well-distributed
As far as I could see, it only needed a minor adjustment, the nut not over the thread,it will be in the right place, just like below picture is enough.
If you screw the nut too tightly, red lights of death will appear.

Connect all silicon tube
all parts
Turn out 4 screws and open the Water Cooling System case , twisted off the water pump cap,use the injector fill water into pump.
During the fill in,for get rid of the air from heat exchanger, you need close the dump with your hand, turn over the Water Cooling System case slowly, till to water full.
Power on the Water Cooling System, you can see water flowing.
After all finished , you must running leak test over 4 hours .

Replace

put the silicone grease thermal compound cover on the core of CPU and GPU.
